100 years from now St.Albert Mall could be long gone and St.Albert Kitchen would still remain! They are the exception when it comes to mall Chinese food! Just fantastic. 10 years ago or today, the Dry Boneless Pork is the exact same! Always fresh, always tasty and tons of value in the 3 or 4 item meals! They also have pretty damn good Green Onion Cakes.

St. Albert Kitchen is undoubtedly the best Chinese restaurant in St. Albert. The food is always fresh and incredibly tasty. Even though it’s located in a mall, they offer takeout, which holds up nicely for transport. The spicy chicken, BBQ pork, and boneless pork are fantastic, and the chicken balls are the real deal; they actually contain substantial pieces of chicken, not just a hint of it.
This used to be a fantastic spot for a meal, but it has really declined. The dishes are overly sauced and lacking in flavor. The deep-fried wontons are misleadingly advertised; they're really just chips. The egg rolls are overwhelmed with curry, making it difficult to taste anything else. Overall, it's a letdown, and the staff are rude, claiming they can name items however they like to make sales.
