McDonald's - St. Albert

We visit this restaurant daily and have observed that they only have one cashier, even when there are six or eight people waiting in line to place their orders. It seems that they prefer customers to order using the kiosk as a way to streamline the process. In contrast, we have noticed that the Sherwood Park location has two cashiers who are able to serve customers promptly when there are several people in line. It is clear that they prioritize providing immediate service to their customers. While kiosks may lead to fewer employees in the long run, we prefer interacting with actual people rather than a computer.

Absolutely awful... I ordered a Big Mac to go and when I got home, I noticed that the patty looked like someone had taken a bite out of it. It was a complete waste of money as I ended up throwing it in the garbage.

How hard is it to get an order for 2 coffee with a single cream. Both coffees have sugar in them. Not good for my Hubby as he is diabetics.

The food was as good as McDonald's gets. You have big coffee and after 7 you get a free medium. Their caramel probes are sweet and creamy.

The service, coffee, and atmosphere at this restaurant are consistently excellent. The staff is friendly, upbeat, and always seem to enjoy their work. We visit this place daily and the employees are all very friendly and happy to serve. It is definitely the top spot in St. Albert for great coffee and service. We also recommend trying their delicious fries and apple pie.
