Usually pretty good at this location but it took 3 tries to get my burger right tonight (missing a 2nd patty 1st 2 times). Not a special order but rather one advertised on their display board. In their defense it was busy BUT it is their job to be accurate in regards to what I paid for. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Mcdonald's:
If you’re looking for fast food drive to another location. You will be parked almost everytime. Watched a customer who was waiting remove food from another customers bag to complete her order. They then took the rest of the food back into the store to use for other customers after having a customer go through it all. Longest wait time for food. They held onto my order on the counter for 20 minutes without calling me. The order was wrong and over cooked. When I took my order back to them, the response I got was, What do you want me to do about it? This use to get a really good location, but now they show that they don 't care anymore.
Service is slow, people in the second window are rude!! Can s e them swearing inside through the window! They can never get the order right, they ask for the food back and double handle food instead of making new, while they have losers wearing mask but ok to take food back and remove and add things to your burger or bagel and hand it back to you!! Show they don’t care about allergies or food sensitive people!
Good food. Rude service. Old lady (at least what she looks like) at the drive thru I wait 30 min to pick up the order and I order1 small coffee while in the line on driver thru and I ask for the coffee after receive the order and she told me she didn’t have any order of coffee and she told me to go back on the drive thru line and place the order and come . Seriously for one coffee small coffee she told me rudely even though I didn’t asked for free .If you’re having a bad day or bad life at least not take it out on costumers. Be professional.
Very dismissive drive thru staff, barely spoke a single word to me, shoved the card reader out towards me without a word, and forgot my drink. I didn 't notice the drink wasn 't there until I was home (a simple 'one moment for your drink from the staff would have solved the issue, as opposed to completely dismissing the customer). I called in, and the store refused to do anything about the drink, refund or otherwise, unless I was willing to drive back across the city to the restaurant.
I don 't know how many times it 's been now. But everytime for the last 5 or possibly 6 in a row, our order has been wrong. So last night when I was there I thought, we will just order the burgers plain. No ketchup, mustard or onion. I ordered 3 double cheeseburgers plain plus the rest of the order. I repeated it again because on the screen it didn 't say plain. Got up to the first window and she had the machine stuck in my face before I could get my vehicle in park, let alone get my card out. Next window she handed me drinks and without even making eye contact or saying please told me to move ahead and wait. I double checked with her that the cheeseburgers would be plain..her answer.. ya ya . I move forward and wait. A young lady comes to the window with two bags. While she is taking bags to the next car I check mine. The cheese burgers were so plain they forgot the cheese!!!! Three times I asked that they get it right and still they couldn 't. I stopped the girl on her way back in to correct the order, orherwise you have to go in or go through again. They are rude and simple. Please people if you are going through the drive thru here, don 't pull ahead and wait. Stay right where you are and check your order. Come on MacDonalds all you had to do was slap cheese on three double burgers and wrap them. How frigging hard is that? If it was just one time it would have been different, but EVERY time you mess it up.
