Contribute FeedbackDJ's Lounge offers a mixed experience when it comes to food and atmosphere. Some patrons found the limited liquor menu and poor pizza quality a let down, while others praised the friendly service, crispy wings, and fabulous pizza. The owner's dedication to customer service shone through when an order went awry, emphasizing the family-owned, welcoming vibe of the establishment. Despite mixed reviews, the homemade pizza and fresh ingredients seem to be the standout feature of DJ's, enticing visitors to come back and enjoy a satisfying meal.
Ordered the veg pizza and the cheese ham one for pick-up. The lady at the till was super friendly, asked us if it was our first time there, and gave us a 5% discount. Both pizzas were filling and delicious.
I can't say enough about DJ'S. We ordered through skip the dishes. The driver gave our order to the wrong house. He went to get our order and deliver it to us. When he brought it back, it had been opened. I called DJ's to tell them what had happened. I was told by Diane that she was apologetic and would supply us with a pizza at no cost if we came to pick it up. This wasn't their fault, but she did everything to make up for the mistake of the skip the dishes driver. We went to pick it up and it was hot and fresh. Customer service 20 out of 10. Thank you so much. This is why so many people say that DJ's is the best in St. Albert. ?
The restaurant was clean, and the waitress was cheerful and efficient. We arrived early at 5 PM and practically had the place to ourselves, but it started to get busier later on. The lone waitress and bartender did a great job handling the crowd.
Awesome place! I was in St. Albert for work and had a hankering for some za and I picked DJ's based on other Google reviews. The reviews don't lie! The customer service was so friendly and genuine! I had a pep, mush and green pep and it was amazing! The crust was super crunchy and soft on the inside with a hint of sweetness. The sauce had just the right amount of spice and the toppings were freshly chopped and plentiful! Very cozy little pizzeria and I would definitely go back if I ever find myself in St. Albert again!
Ordered two pizzas from DJ’s via Skip the Dishes, one was fine but the dough on the other was seriously undercooked to the point of being inedible. Surprising considering high reviews but very disappointing nonetheless my family agreed we won’t be ordering from here again.
