I’ve been a fan of Bucos for years however lately the pizza is always burnt or soggy without cheese. My entire pizza order this evening was burnt to the point the bottom side was black. This is very unfortunate as we will have to find a new pizza joint. With the cost of eating out I expected better. View all feedback.
The food and service were delightful, but I felt that the prices for wine and beer were rather high.
I absolutely love Buco! Every visit has been fantastic. It's the best restaurant in St. Albert.
Our server, whom I believe was named Carling (employee 5717), provided exceptional service. She promptly brought water to our table and made sure to check in to see if we needed anything else. She took our order efficiently and asked just once about the quality of our food, which I appreciate more than waitstaff who constantly check in. She cleared our plates as soon as we finished and promptly presented the bill. I liked that she didn’t seem overly eager. Overall, the experience was seamless and stress-free. As always, I loved the food here. I genuinely enjoy coming to this place; the consistency is remarkable!
The food is consistently amazing, and the service is outstanding! They always exceed expectations. I highly recommend this restaurant!
The restaurant had a vibrant atmosphere, but it could benefit from some sound-absorbing panels on the ceiling to help lower the noise level. I wasn't a fan of the cardboard takeout boxes, as they didn't do the leftover food justice. Aside from that, everything was excellent, and we really enjoyed our meal.
