Honestly I can say anything bad about our visit to bps drinks were quick service was spot on and food was fresh and quick and our server communicated with us well, ie when the kitchen closes and last call etc as we came in late. View all feedback.
What K Chin doesn't like about Boston Pizza:
Of the several times we have tried this location, only one server has ever been great. On multiple occasions, we have been met with servers in the bar/lounge area who don't seem to want us even there. Food quality has always been as expected and fine, however the attitude we receive is apathetic at best but more often than not, we feel like we are a nuisance for even getting seated. This is our second time at this location, I just want to share our experienced. The food was great, the server name Gloria did amazing Job. Also the manager Jhun was excellent. He come to our table and he make it sure that everything is okey, he asked me if we need anything like drinks etc. This location was highly recommended. Thank you so much guys. We probably coming back very soon.

Where do I beginI have been to BP’s numerous times and each progressive time it gets worse and worseEven when the meals were complimentary they were hardly parFlavor is next to nothing and the service OMG is atrocious at this locationWe ordered 3 simple dishes a bugs and cheese a thai bite appetizer and a VANILLA ICE CREAM WITH CHOCOLATE SAUCE!That last one took three tries to get it right and bring it out, that’s unbelievable and over 6 minutes to get the first wrong one brought out to us!The only redeeming quality is the food was warm when we got it!The manager on duty had no clue and no answers to one simple q. I asked three times before I finally gave up (why does that client have a fish bowl of water? I discovered later by reading the menu it’s fishbowl fridays but that manager couldn’t answer he just stood there for four minutes literally four minutes and did nothingThe waitress tried to tell me I had to spend a minimum of 16.99 for my son to eat free when it advertises on a massive sign out front kids eat free!! Then the manager came right behind her and said no he eats free this month!It’s appalling the amounts charged vs the service and qualities/quantities of food absolutely ridiculous how over cooked the Thai bites were and not getting the em rest of the bugs and cheese dishAh yes and that cotton candy drink she tried to charge almost 5 dollars for when the menu says it’s 1.50 less like honestly between staff who have no clue and management who should know there own promos I’m shocked that location doesn’t have more negative reviews
This place has really changed. Although the service was decent enough, the food was just not right. Soggy garlic toast, not toasted enough, the sliced steak little dipper on the lunch menu is actually roast beef, not steak. Tasted like it was reheated meat...
The food was bland and the waitress while nice was not very good, completely distractedhad to repeat pur orders. We sat for almost 20 minutes before being served. This is the 2nd time this has happened, I get everywhere has a bad night but twice. We will not be returning.
