This was such a fun stop! It feels like an old school VFW in all the best ways! Service is snappy and fun, beers are delicious, clientele is super friendly and it's easy to get into a good conversation with your barstool mates. Exactly what I look for in a bar, and now what I'm looking for in a taproom! Thank you for a great experience and terrific brews! View all feedback.
Large beer in st. albans right in front of the city. I had a sampler and was not disappointed by one of the ipas, the cream ale (eleven’s eggo.
Veteran in possession! good beer, good food and FREE staff! this place is kick ass! Just as they would expect from a veteran that served our country.
The first time in st. albans looks as if a gentrification takes place in the city. these young are a great part of it, as the place was packed in a Saturday.
This local brewery is excellent, with friendly staff and a spacious, cozy seating area. The bathroom is very clean, which is a big plus. It's always interesting to see the inner workings of a working brewery while enjoying a pint or two. The variety of beer is impressive, ranging from American pale ales to triple IPAs with IBUs ranging from 20 to over 45. The food available on site is from a separate business where you can order pub grub like burgers and sandwiches. It took me a while to understand the significance of the name "14th Star" for a Vermont business, as it relates to my 10th grade US History class from many years ago.
I had a fantastic experience at this restaurant. The atmosphere was great and they had a diverse array of beers brewed right there on the premises. The staff was both friendly and very attentive.
