although we had initially booked a table online and had been informed on the day of booking that they had to cancel due to personal / cooking problems that we were later informed that the booking could be honoured. the staff was very friendly and helpful. Eating and service were good and surprisingly fast considering that they were busy. very satisfied with our visit and our experience here. View all feedback.
We didn't receive our reservation, so we couldn't be seated at the pub as planned. We had made a reservation to ensure we could eat at our stop in Oxford, but instead, we had to find another table.
Although we initially made a reservation online and were later informed on the day of our booking that it had to be canceled due to personal and cooking issues, we were subsequently told that the reservation could still be honored. The staff was very friendly and helpful throughout our visit. The food and service were excellent and surprisingly quick, given how busy they were. Overall, we were very satisfied with our experience here.
