Bill's Restaurant Bar St Albans

Our ancestors arrived and looked beautiful, but the main course took two hours to arrive. My burger was cold, and my wife's haloumi was burnt and had to be replaced after the long wait. Our guests' main course was half raw and half burnt. We were very disappointed.

I often visit this restaurant for brunch or lunch and have really enjoyed my meals there. However, I was disappointed with my dinner experience, as the vegetarian options were all variations of flatbread and not very tasty. Additionally, the service was unusually subpar compared to what I had encountered in the past. This might just be a one-off occurrence, but it was still disappointing.

I unfortunately had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. The staff seemed disinterested throughout our meal. One of our guests ordered a dish that was not available, but we were not informed of this until the main course was served. To make matters worse, we were not notified when it was time to order dessert, and the seasoning for the main dishes was lacking. Additionally, my bowl had a chip in it. We had to actively seek out staff members to place our dessert order and then to ask for the bill. The restaurant wasn't busy, and we noticed that a similar level of service was given to a group seated behind us. Furthermore, the women's restrooms were either blocked or in need of cleaning.

Great, we enjoyed sex-resolution twice. everything went smoothly and very pleasant experience. totally recommended.

Overall I had a lovely time with my friends and family for my birthday lunch. We received a warm welcome and thanks from the staff. Everyone enjoyed their meal and drinks. There was a bit of a wait in-between finishing the meal to receiving the bill. Would still go back again. Thank you
