Beautiful surroundings .nice to sit outside weather permitting but that'd as far as it goes.Service slow.The food definitely not up to any kind of star rating. Popped here for a Sunday roast dinner and it was delicious. Good selection on the menu for starters, mains and puddings. Service was great and the wine was tasty. The views across the grounds are lovely and we had a seat near the window during sunset, which cast a nice orange glow over the room. The outside seating area looked nice, with large parasols and patio heaters. Will be great in the summer time, with lots of room for kids to go off and play whilst the adults natter.
Myself and my friend came to the Prae for dinner and it did not disappoint. We were greeted promptly and seated at our table and were asked if we had any dietary requirements. The atmosphere was very relaxed but busy with meal sittings and also people just choosing to have a drink outside in the garden area. We shared some nibbles to start and I chose the Chicken Jalfrezi which was delicious, and my friend chose the Goats Cheese Tortellini. Both of us thoroughly enjoyed our mains and service was really efficient. The staff were attentive throughout our visit. It is a wonderful location and restaurant and I look forward to my next trip.

This was our third visit and although we live over 40 miles away we will definitely return again.
Lovely pub with great food. Better in the summer for children as it has a huge open space
