read moreThe Beehive, one of Newcastle's oldest pubs, offers a vibrant atmosphere but has garnered mixed reviews recently. Despite its charming setting and a well-curated selection of drinks, service inconsistencies have raised concerns, particularly regarding staff attitudes that have overshadowed the experience for some patrons. While many appreciate the friendly staff and cozy ambiance, others have encountered off-putting interactions, especially during busy times. The kitchen's performance has also been noted as sporadic, affecting the dining experience. Overall, while the Beehive has its charm, potential visitors might want to be prepared for varying service quality.
