Stopped off here on a shopping trip with my husband . Fine looking place, drinks at a reasonable price for Harpenden. I think we must have caught the lady at the end of her afternoon shift, seemed totally dismissive as my husband ordered the drinks. He isn 't a chatter by any means , but a good afternoon would have been nice. In fairness though, the time we spent in the garden was pleasant. View all feedback.
We had enjoyed the festive menu eating and the portion size was very generous.
We were in this pub on Saturday and I have to say that it was very fast busy a high time at the next door) and the men behind the bar treated the very of the customer well in deed. we also have food that was one of the best fish N chips in a very long time. they were very fresh, light and cooked for perfection. the lady who bought the food) was also very good and was very attentive. we will be sure to visit again!
