This place is a disaster. They can't seem to get my order right. Every time I order wedges, they're undercooked, as are my hash browns. This place is a disaster. They can't seem to get my order right. Every time I order wedges, they're undercooked, as are my hash browns. When I pay extra for bacon on my sandwich, there's hardly any on there. The ice cream is always lacking in quantity and tastes watered down. I had to wait 30 minutes for a cold pack of fries that weren't even cooked properly, and they forgot my Chipotle sauce. If I had known they were getting their potatoes off the floor, I wouldn't have ordered them. The staff member had a very rude tone, and I didn't feel welcome at all. There were no ice caps available. Overall, the service was terrible and so slow that I decided to order from McDonald's instead. Avoid at all costs.
The food is not great and it seems like they always close early. The staff is okay, not overly friendly or unfriendly.
I am a frequent visitor of this restaurant as a student at MUN, but I have noticed that the service has been declining with each visit. The food also appears to be hastily prepared, rather than made with care and professionalism.
The hot chocolate was wonderful?
