What User doesn't like about Tim Hortons:
This restaurant is better than other fast food chains, but still typical of this type of establishment. The food is sometimes okay, but the donuts are terrible. The coffee is the best option, and the service is consistently decent. View all feedback.
I work at the shopping center and ordered a soup at this restaurant. I specifically asked for a chicken soup, not something similar to pasta with a hint of broth. When I requested a bit more broth from the waitress with many tattoos on her hand, she gave me a strange look and closed the lid of my cup, then handed it back to me. Fortunately, the lovely young manager, named Jinky, came over and not only provided me with extra broth in a separate cup but also offered to replace the soup entirely. The service from Jinky was fantastic, and it was clear she had great leadership skills. I just hope that the restaurant improves on their overall service quality, as they had previously made a mistake with my Christmas donut and tried to blame me, which was quite frustrating.

I went through the drive-thru at this restaurant, and although there wasn't a closed sign visible and the order markers were on, there wasn't anyone working.
I work in the mall and ordered a soup. I specifically asked for a chicken noodle soup, but what I received was more like chicken and pasta with a small amount of broth. I requested for more broth from the employee with tattoos on her hand, but she just shook her head and handed me back the cup. Fortunately, the young manager named Jinky came over and gave me some extra broth in a separate cup. She also offered to replace the soup, but I was satisfied with just the extra broth. Jinky is a fantastic manager and a valuable asset to the restaurant. I hope she can improve the overall service quality, as there have been previous mishaps with my order in the past.
Tim's Bistro is legendary. It is often the first stop for travelers from out of the country. They always have everything you need. Their lunches are not only good for you but also a great value for the money.
