My favorite thing about this restaurant is the fast and friendly service provided by the staff. I recently ordered my usual breakfast in a rush and accidentally spilled my ice cream in the parking lot. Despite feeling defeated, the employees insisted on making me a new one for free. They quickly prepared my order and I was able to leave satisfied and on time for work. View all feedback.
What Stephanie Bennett doesn't like about Tim Hortons:
This is TWO Turkey/bacon sandwiches. One after the other as I had to go back not once but TWICE. 3 Sandwiches later. The employee who was making the sandwiches claims THIS is NORMAL and should be given to a customer??? The sandwich maker refused to make another one and was super ignorant! Don't think I can really go wrong with Tims coffee.
Awesome Tim Hortons store. Staff are super friendly!They actually take the time to prepare a bagel and spread peanut butter or jam; instead of me having to go home and prepare my own bagel.
Friendly and fast service. They get to know their customers.
Location is clean and staff have decent customer service skills. However, my order is often done improperly.
This restaurant is friendly, quick, and serves hot food. I like Tim's as much as I like my women. Despite the high foot traffic from the local college, they manage to get orders right and serve with a smile. They handle large volumes of customers with ease and even crack a joke here and there. Their staff isn't there for the money, but for the love of the job. I've seen many Tim's workers who seem to be unhappy, but not here.
