Starbucks Canada - Spruce Grove

I left my drinks at the drive thru due to very slow service in the drive thru…i need to catch a 3pm movie and i waited for 25minutes in the drive thru considering there is only 4 cars ahead of me…i paid for my drink and just left it..i was so disappointed with this store….i hope you fix your issue on phase and speed of your employees

Good coffee and food, standard for most Starbucks. However, I've never seen a drive thru consistently take so long. Took over 20 minutes to to get through three cars.

The only reason I gave service a 5 star is because the baristas in there are amazing to deal with. Except the manager, Incredibly unprofessional, I caught him yelling at his staff in front of everybody. That’s not how you act in a management position what so ever. Shame on him for belittling his staff.And despite the god awful customers you see coming in and out of that door the girls still have a smile on their faces while serving people. If you think you have any right to treat the baristas at Starbucks like garbage you’re a terrible human being.

Ordered a White Chocolate Mocha cold and was disappointed it didn't come with whip cream.I didn't know I had to request it.Otherwise, a tastey

I was charged $7.30 for a venti latte with 1/3 hwc and 2/3 hot water and 1 pump of sugar free vanilla. I have never been charged near that much at any Starbucks before. That's outrageous!!
