Mcdonald's - Spruce Grove

It seems that if you’re paying with cash, you’re not a priority at this restaurant. I, along with a gentleman with his grandchildren ahead of me, were completely overlooked by the 10-15 staff members present. I used the kiosk to check prices, but ultimately decided to pay in cash. In the meantime, seven other customers who used the kiosk to pay with debit were assisted before anyone even acknowledged the man in front of me. To make matters worse, every single order displayed on the screen was fulfilled before my simple order of a sausage muffin and a drink was even addressed. This experience highlights a complete lack of customer service, suggesting that they only care about getting customers in and out quickly. If it weren’t so inconvenient to visit the Century Road location and if the Stony Plain location offered refills, I wouldn’t even consider coming back—this isn’t the first time I’ve faced difficulties with their cash service.

I used the drive-thru and everything went smoothly. My order was spot on, which was a nice change since they're usually missing something. I was really pleased with my experience this time.

I visited the drive-thru and noticed they were quite busy. I waited patiently until I reached the speaker to place my order. However, it took around 15-20 minutes before I was finally told to drive up to the first window to place my order. I understand they were busy, but it would have been appreciated if they had let me know that they couldn't take my order right away.

I stopped by at 3:07 AM while traveling through town on my way to Edmonton, only to be told by a woman that the restaurant was closed. The sign clearly stated that it was open 24 hours, which felt misleading and frustrating. After a long drive, I was really looking forward to grabbing a bite to eat. Unfortunately, I learned the hard way that a small town might not follow its own signage. To make matters worse, the staff member was quite rude. It's disappointing to say that my experience at this McDonald's in Spruce Grove was far from enjoyable. I should have opted to stop in Stony Plain instead. This incident took place in the early morning of August 18th, 2023. Dietary restrictions: BAD SERVICE!

I just walked by the McDonald's inside Walmart, and I'm certain they have the delicious flavors we all love!
