The food was disappointing, and my order was incorrect. The manager was quite rude and was chewing gum in an unprofessional manner.

The Skor Blizzard I get from this Dairy Queen is consistently delicious and expertly made. I'm also proud to say that my son is now part of the team and puts in a lot of effort. Please remember to be kind to the young, hardworking staff serving you—they're learning the ropes and deserve your kindness.

I won’t be returning to this location. When I went through the drive-thru, I realized after getting my food that there was a mistake with my order. I had requested a child's chocolate milk but was charged for a chocolate shake instead. When I brought this to the cashier's attention, she informed me that they didn’t have the chocolate milk available, so they gave me a cup of regular milk instead. I asked about getting a refund for the shake since the prices were different, but the cashier asked me—twice—what I had been charged, even though I didn’t have a receipt. Eventually, the supervisor determined the difference and returned my change without even looking at me or acknowledging my thanks. To make matters worse, our fries were ice cold as soon as we received them. All in all, it was a very disappointing experience with customer service.

The staff member I spoke with noted that the writing on the cake is complimentary, while the cake itself costs $44.99, indicating that there wasn't much they could do. However, I tried to explain that the poor execution of the writing had essentially ruined the cake. I feel embarrassed to bring this to school tomorrow, and it seems like a waste of the money we raised as a class for our end-of-year party. I plan to escalate this issue by speaking with a manager, hoping they will better understand the situation once they see the cake. I sincerely hope they recognize the significance of getting the message right and respond appropriately to rectify the situation.

The ice cream was fantastic, as it always is. However, I was very disappointed with the portion size of the meals. I paid $9 for a combo, and it was rather lacking.
