Wendy's - Springville

They didn't give me napkins. I got a large combo and they literally filled the thing only halfway so it ended up more like a Medium. Iced tea has a bitter taste although I'm unsure if it is some kind of cleaner residue or what...but it definitely tastes off. They didn't wrap the pretzel burger so it got all over the bag with grease and condiments/as well as me when I tried to clean it up. No napkins made the whole thing that much worse. Food tastes fine; about average. Pretty disappointed, but at least the food tasted alright. Considering $15+ for this I really feel like I deserved better.

This is my favorite Wendy’s. The managers are great. Th food is always good.

I’ve been going here for years but after today will not return. The worker was using her bare hands to eat out of the fries and nuggets where the food gets cooked. Absolutely disgusting! This is how germs spread and we get food borne illnesses! I told the employee and manager that’s a serious health code violation!! They just lost my business!!

I always love Wendy's and the food is good which is why I always come back to this place certain things that I don’t like is there is always something missing with my order, wether it be utensils, sauces, or food they always seem to forget something. Although there is one employee I do think does a great job and I think his name is Cory we always stop by in the nights to get some food and he never forgets our items
