Taco Bell - Springville

We didn't have the best experience at this location. The employees were extremely unhelpful and we waited at the counter for a good 5 minutes before anyone came over to give us our receipt and water cups. Our order was messed up as well.

Not a fan of fast food Mexican but the tacos weren't that bad. I felt that the food was over priced. The access to the place was jacked up. One way in and only one way out. You can't go back the way you came.

Little difficult to get into the parking lot from the freeway, do not turn at the light. Food and service were excellent for a fast food Mexican.

I went through the drive through and ordered my burrito. Everything on the screen was correct. When I left and bit into it, it had sour cream (which it wasn’t supposed to) and it was cold and the burrito shell was hard and old, so the cheese inside wasn’t even melting. I turned around and went back. While explaining what was going on, I was trying to explain and the guy started mocking me saying, “like yeah, like totally got it, like pull around, like oh no.” All because I said like 2X when I came back. Poor customer service and food.
