Contribute Feedback What Gary T likes about E-ga Korean Bbq:
The food was excellent, but way over priced. We ordered off the menu because it is now $28.99 for dinner all you can eat and $19.95 for all you can eat lunch. The menu items are also overpriced for the small portion sizes they serve. The quality of the food is very good but you can spend $15 on the menu and go away hungry. Most Asian restaurants serve larger quantities and the prices are less. Bottom line, excellent... View all feedback.
What niko pix doesn't like about E-ga Korean Bbq:
We went there for dinner on a Monday thinking that it won't be busy and we'll have a good service. So we went in, and there's only one table occupied and us. Food selection is very few but they are well seasoned and tasted good. The server didn't check on us so we have to call her attention when needed on refill of dish or drinks. There was only 1 server that time. Our grill wasn't replaced so we're eating food with... View all feedback.
Very disappointed. We waited 45 minutes even though there were several tables open. We paid nearly $30 per person and told it was “all you can eat” however we were only offered 3 meats and 3 sides, definitely not all you can eat (Even though the table next to us was never refused anything. We received sticky dishes from a very dirty and unkept kitchen. The grills were covered in tin foil which was weird and would peel up when picking up the meat. All the sides we ordered were completely forgotten and we had to remind the only 2 servers multiple times. Not to mention the amount of smoke clouding the whole building was not only gross but dangerous, left us with burning eyes and heavy lungs. The service was horrible with one slow server and the other not knowing how to speak English and constantly being overly passive aggressive (she would grab my chop sticks, run around the restaurant, and yell across the store. Both servers were irritated and rushed. When it was finally time to leave, we were thrown the check and rushed out the door. Won’t be coming back and neither should you.
Worst Korean BBQ in UtahLow quality, waiter won’t give us bbq sauce or salt
We decided to visit the restaurant for dinner on a Monday, hoping it would be less busy and that we would receive good service. Upon arrival, we noticed that there was only one other table occupied. The menu offered a limited selection, but the dishes we tried were well-seasoned and tasted great. Unfortunately, the service left something to be desired; the server didn't check in on us, so we had to call for her attention whenever we needed a refill on our dishes or drinks. There was only one server on duty that evening. Additionally, our grill wasn't replaced, which meant we ended up eating food with some burnt pieces. We've dined here a few times, and I’ve noticed that the service is consistently not up to par. I believe they need to enhance their service, particularly during busier times. Overall, it's an acceptable experience when the restaurant is less crowded.
What a disappointment. I paid $15 for a small portion of steamed meat that was barely seasoned, along with some old, dry vegetables. Terrible value for the money.
This is a family favorite of ours! The food is always top quality and feels genuinely authentic. I would definitely recommend it to anyone who loves Korean cuisine!
