Haven 't had a 'real ' milk shake like that one in a long time. Definitely recommend the drive. I 'm actually from Niagara, Canada.

It was barely coo... read more Ordered a well done burger off the kids meal for a two year old. It wasn’t until my child was 3/4 way done we had noticed the burger was PINK. It was barely cooked, which can easily make a two year old very ill. After expressing my concerns, the waitress told me they “don’t check every burger”. Any parent should be able to order a well done burger and not have to inspect it to ensure it’s cooked and safe for consumption. They crossed out the burger on my bill saving $6 for what I can only imagine a very expensive hospital bill). After using the atm and paying the $3 fee to get cash, they decided in good conscience to comp my bill $44, which will cover the gas to children’s hospital). They were incredibly rude during a very scary situation, had no customer service whatsoever, and acted as though somehow this was my fault and they weren’t to blame. As someone who spoke very highly of this place as we’ve previously gone here multiple times, I would NEVER recommend unless you want a sick child and for the staff to blame you for their poor quality food.
