The food is made to order, meaning fresh, which is great with me. Most always, my order is completed accurately and quickly. It 's always hot and fresh. I have always been pleased with their customer service, as well. I love their rewards program!! And hands down, they have the Best classic chicken sandwich, by far!! ??
