I recently dined at this restaurant and had a great experience. The food was very fresh and delicious. I would like to commend one of the employees for their honesty - I left a tip on the table and also included the same amount on my credit card, but she returned the extra tip to me. I definitely plan on returning to this restaurant in the future, as the food and service were both excellent. View all feedback.

I would definitely return to this restaurant. It was our first time there, and unfortunately, the hibachi chef seemed rushed and didn't explain much because everyone was in a hurry. We didn't mind waiting for an hour, but the experience felt disjointed as we were rushed to order and then moved to a different seating area. I wish we had chosen a different spot to dine. We stopped in for a quick bit to eat on a road trip back from ME to CT. It was just what the doctor ordered. I could feed our little one, we ate hibachi quickly and then out the door we went. The bathrooms were pretty gross, which always skeeves me out and makes me wonder what the kitchen looks like....
Very bad service from this waitress. I told her the soup was cold and she literally said she would put it in the microwave. Knowing there’s a pandemic and not supposed to take a bowl someone ate out of to reheat. Also she got an attitude over me asking her for a plate. Super bad service I would never go there again. The waitress name was Arvy
We came here because it was closer to where we lived, but I can honestly say I wish I'd driven to West Springfield instead. The environment was dead... The chef seemed like he was overworked (though his technical skills were amazing) and the waitress never checked in on us. They sat another company with us and automatically charged the 18% gratuity to our bill despite the fact we were only a party of 4. I will NOT be going back to this location... If you're going to charge for gratuity, at LEAST provide it!!!! And to add to that, they tried to rush us out of the restaurant... As if they couldn't get us out fast enough! Spending $300 at a restaurant means you should and demand some kind of respect, but apparently.... That's not enough nor is the 18% gratuity that was tacked on the bill.
Felix was a delightful server. The food was delicious, as always. You can't go wrong with a gyoza starter. I had golden orange chicken tonight for the first time and it was a delightful blend of sweet and spicy.
Excellent hibachi! We had a lot of fun for a birthday here and the staff did not disappoint!
