Meticulously clean establishment and the chorizo and cheese quesadilla was divine. They don't skimp on the meat like some places do. Complimentary chips and salsa as well as 2 salsas served with that. Quesadilla served with homemade guacamole...who doesn't love that? My favorite Mexican soda jarritos and my favorite flavor fruit punch. View all feedback.
What Laurie K doesn't like about Tierra Del Sol Mexican:
Terrible. First the Tacos Dorados de Res Crispy Beef Tacos were not tacos like we know them, they were flautas. Second the Chiles Rellenos de Pollo y Queso Stuffed Peppers with Chicken Cheese had no cheese inside chicken was spicy (not mentioned in description). Got like 2 tablespoons beans if that rice was flavorless. Very overpriced for quality. Would not order here again. View all feedback.
The food was so delicious but I was surprised it was only 1 taco per order. still delicious
I don?t know where to start, I personally felt like this is the hidden gem of Mexican food in Union NJ. The employees were friendly and welcoming. We felt at home. Our skepticism about the menu proved us wrong as I took the first bite of the crispybeef tacos. Every meal was filled with different flavors and was beyond perfect. Authentic Mexican food!! I?m always on the hunt for good Mexican food and today I found it. Loved the carne asada tacos chicken tamal. Ensalada de nopales also very good. Family loved the chorizo quesadillas and guacamole.
As a california mexican who now lives in new jersey this is the closest to home cooking i've ever had. 1,000% recommend
Just a great authentic Mexican restaurant. Food is fresh and consistent. Staff are so kind and friendly
