The Roost Grill (republic Rd)

Fantastic spot! It's more than just a sports bar; the food is excellent as well. Our waiter, Connor, was attentive and the other staff also checked in on us frequently. Our drinks were never empty, and the **** Mary was superb!

I had an overall good experience, but nothing to rave about. The waitress seemed a bit distracted, possibly tired. I had heard that the chicken Philly was fantastic, but I wasn't particularly impressed; it didn’t taste bad, but it didn’t meet the high expectations I had. Next time, I think I'll go for the grilled chicken instead of the fried.

The food was excellent! Everything tasted fresh and homemade. The restaurant was clean and comfortable, with a variety of great options on the menu. However, I have to take a star off because our waitress was not very attentive. She seemed disinterested in her job, ignored us, did not refill our drinks, and was difficult to flag down. Although she asked if we had any questions about the menu, she quickly answered mine and then walked away just as we were ready to order. There was no reason for her to behave that way, especially since it was around 8 PM and they were open until 11 PM with only a few other tables occupied and plenty of staff available. The restaurant could definitely benefit from better training for their waitstaff.

Live this place. Great locally owned place. Our kids enjoy the games and the backroom is great if you have a group going to eat. The menu is very diverse to suite all of the picky eaters. If you are a salad person the Cobb salad with grilled chicken isamazing. The chicken strips are huge and very good. If you are wanting to go and watch a game and have a great meal this is theplace.

Fussing with my girl about where to eat, and this place changed everything up for a good rest of my day and evening. I'll see you all again for sure. My server recommended the spicy buffalo chicken pizza. WoW. Try it you will like it. ????
