What M Williams doesn't like about Taj Mahal:
The experience was decent, but I don't plan on returning. The buffet-style lunch plates were strange and made me feel uncomfortable. As an adult paying $14 for a meal, I expect a more sophisticated dining experience. Although the food tasted good, the lackluster presentation was a major deterrent. I cannot endorse this restaurant when there are other Indian eateries in the area that offer both delicious cuisine and a... View all feedback.
Taj has long waiting times and does not want to be accommodated in their menu. they are always very crowded and the service is missing, there was one time that we sat there for 45 minutes before a waiter ever came to our table. we noticed that certain guests get a preferred treatment, but my man and children are Indian and were practically ignored. we had also explained that we were vegan and were still with ghee (Indian butter) and when my man sent it back that was not good. I have 2 stars because they have dahl and aloo jeera that can be pretty good. we simply don't like the waiting times that have been over 2 hours when it's in a strip-mall and they also play loud modern Hindi music videos that are not always family in in instinct appropriate. it seems to be more of Midwest Americans than anything else. it is also frustrating for our family and culture that are not cheap meats to serve these restaurants so many wing dishes.

Great eating with some vegan options and a decent vegetarian menu. be ready to wait. the service is slow, but they offer a midday buffet.
Staff not accommodating, did not understand what I meant my no cheese, dairy, or animal by products. Wouldn’t recommend to someone with dietary needs
The staff here was very accommodating and the food is top notch! My wife and I love Indian food and this was some of the best we've ever had! We had mixed vegetable pakora and aloo pakora (potato) for appetizers. They were able to provide whole wheat naan without butter. And our options for the main course were saag (greens with chickpeas), channa masala (chickpeas Potato), channa dal (lentils), bindhi masala (okra) and several more! The vegetarian menu had over a dozen items on there and many could be made vegan by leaving out the cream. Very satisfied!!!
