The drinks at this restaurant are exceptional and the atmosphere is cool and tasteful. The service is always great and they have even improved their cute terrace, where dogs are allowed! Their seasoned vodkas are the best and the food is also good. I hope they survive COVID, because this place is one of the best businesses in Springfield. View all feedback.

We had high expectations but were ultimately let down by this restaurant. We waited for nearly 30 minutes and felt ignored as soon as we walked in. The server who took our drink order was rude and never came back to check on us. Instead, she spent time chatting with another table nearby. We decided to leave after being neglected. My wife and I have enjoyed the adult drinks from this place for a past and finally check the new room. the space itself is greater than expected. the flow was really good while still much space. well furnished. eating is what surprised me most. I expected the typical one you will get from other destillien, but this place really has sprinkled me with some fantastic speck and homemade giant sprouts. the best part, no fights try to find a place to find a table.
Great distillery tasting room and bar. We really enjoyed the food.

Erica the bartender is amazing, a magician with drinks and worth the drive to meet her we are from portland) the chef (didn't get his name) made the best burger. (brie, apple and bacon burger) so delicious. we will be back. quality staff and service.
A group of us were fortunate recently to get a tour of the Swallowtail facilities. We really enjoyed seing the process and hearing about the knowledge and science behind making premium spirits. Then we enjoyed some fantastic appetizers and cocktails at their bar in downtown Springfield. A wonderful evening!
