This place is a definite no for me—I won’t be returning! I’m actually a bit worried about the food I just ate here. The interior of the restaurant was filthy and swarming with flies. They were out of most of the items ordered. The poor employee had to keep going back to the drive-thru window to inform customers they needed to choose different items because theirs were unavailable. This is by far the worst Subway I’ve ever visited! We waited nearly 15 minutes at the order counter before anyone assisted us. Overall, it was just terrible.
I understand that this isn't the fault of the employees and likely stems from corporate decisions, but the portion sizes have shrunk while prices have increased, which is becoming quite unreasonable. I recently bought a Subway Club, which I usually enjoy because it's loaded with meat and veggies. However, the person making my sandwich was very stingy with the meat, even tearing it in half while assembling it. The whole point of the Club is to have three meats, making it a hearty sandwich. What I received today was disappointing and not worth the price.
