However, I noticed a discrepancy between the prices displayed on the board—$3.79 plus $1.29, which totals $5.08—and what I was charged at the register, which was $5.25. While it's just a difference of 17 cents, the young blonde woman in charge insisted on the $5.25 price and went into detail about why it was that amount instead of simply acknowledging the error and saying, "Oh, sorry sir, it's $5.08." This reflects poorly on both customer service and management skills.
