Steak Nina - Springfield
Steak Nina
Description
Tucked behind a bowling alley, this long‑running neighborhood steakhouse delivers big, flavorful steaks, burgers and affordable comfort food in a cozy, dive‑bar–meets‑diner setting with friendly staff and plenty of TVs. Regulars praise portion, price and house beer, but experiences can vary: slow or inattentive service, limited menu changes, weak cocktails, undercooked sides and troubling food‑handling mistakes (including an allergy mix‑up) mean diners with allergies or exacting standards should proceed with caution.

A fantastic steakhouse tucked away inside a bowling alley. This hidden gem offers mouthwatering steaks and a variety of other tasty dishes. I've been a regular here for years...
The best BBQ burger I've ever tasted! The service was excellent, and the atmosphere was very inviting!
We've been visiting this restaurant since it was called JB's. Since then, it has changed ownership a few times and is now known as AJ's. The menu has...
Wrong sauce with wings. My friend just came home from the hospital tonight 12-5-2014 and her father ordered wings. He requested all BLUE CHEESE dressing. His wife is HIGHLY allergic to ranch dressing. When he arrived home, his wife got her plate and a container which was believed to be blue cheese. It was ranch. The family ordered 50 wings at that. She ate 3 wings and began to have an allergic reaction from the ranch. I personally looked up the telephone number to the restaurant and came up with 513-522-6699. He called and the number is WRONG. I then looked up the number for Brentwood Bowl, he called and had them give the number. That number as well did not work. Needless to say, her allergic reaction to the sauce sparked her to have a migraine, causing her to have to inject medication to dull both. Her skin is now broken out and she is having a horrible time. This day is as well their 33rd wedding anniversary. So I am writing this review to state the facts and as well to say: it is not hard to simply mark which product is being placed into containers, as well as have the CORRECT telephone number listed. What a horrible experience!
Been coming to this place for years. Prior to being Steak Nina it was JB's. JB's was a good restaurant but when Steak Nina bought them it became a great restaurant. Excellent steaks, wings, chicken dishes and much more. Don't be swayed by it being at a bowling alley, it is GOOD. I love my Jeff Ruby's steaks, but when I want to go less expensive (much less) I come here. I have brought many people to this place and have never heard a complaint. As a matter of fact, I am bringing 2 couples there tonight for our 23rd anniversary. dr. stein Happy anniversary Sharon love you
