Contribute FeedbackI placed an order at the kiosk, asking for a #6 burger prepared the regular way but without any onions. My wife, Karen, reminded me to check the burger since this location often has issues with removing the onions. When I received my order, I pointed out that I hadn’t requested onions. Instead of resolving the issue, the staff member at the window began to blame me. I assured her that I had never mentioned wanting sautéed onions. She continued to argue, but I refused to engage in a confrontation. Clearly annoyed, she left the window and handed my order over to another employee, Robert W. Remarkably, he started insulting me, calling me names without any provocation. As a senior citizen, this behavior was shocking and uncalled for, especially since my wife is a 76-year-old grandmother. I have never experienced such rudeness from restaurant staff before.
