Starbucks - Springfield

Hour list opened at 6 o'clock. visited at 18:30 o'clock. sa in the trip thru for 5 minutes, no service. decided to leave the Starbucks staff outside the building and hang on the terrace. Apparently the restaurant is open, but the personal does not feel like the business is going so early. food: 1/5

Gave my order to the cashier and had repeated it because she wasnt listening and was too busy drawing a cat. Then they made my order wrong.

By far the slowest Starbucks in Springfield!! I put a mobile order in and arrive 5 minutes later and still had to wait 12 minutes to get my coffee , never have I ever had to wait this long at any Starbucks

This was a wonderful location! We used the drive thru and Becky was the batista. She chatted with us was very kind while we waited for all of our drinks to be finished. The coffee was good, too!

Grace is absolutely phenomenal. She was kind speaking to me and my grandmother and provided above and beyond customer service. She absolutely deserves a promotion if she doesnt have one already (with a pay raise)!
