Too busy, walked out. The line for the drive-through was so long I couldn't get out of the parking lot onto Sunshine and when I turned around to go through the Zaxby's entrance a delivery truck was blocking that entrance. I was able to turn around and go out the Sunshine entrance that time. But was an enlightening 15 minutes.

Quick, clean and consistent! Update 11-20-22: This location is notorious for allowing you to make a mobile order even when their lobby is closed, making you wait in the drive through line for 20 minutes. Written from the drive through line. Decreasing stars from 5 to 3 because this has happened multiple times. Update: It took 30 minutes to get through the drive through to pick up my mobile order, and the kind barista told me management wouldn't allow them to turn off mobile ordering even though the lobby was closed, and there was a 30 minute drive through wait time. So this is coming from management that it's ok to bait and switch with mobile orders and the customer's time is valueless. Moving stars to 1, just for management. The baristas are wonderful and this is not their fault.

Rude baristas. Would not wait on us until they were done talking. We waited about 5 mins. Ordered drinks. We ask for alternative to dairy, we got dairy and we got sick. I asked to order a pastry for my daughter after we paid for drinks and got them. The shift supervisor, she was pulling out the cash drawers, told me to wait. He was one of them people who would not wait on us the first time This is completely unlike how Starbucks wants you to treat customers. Worst service worst espresso drinks. I wish I could give zero or negative stars

Brooklyn was the friendliest barista I have ever had. While it took about 2 minutes to make my drink, she didn?t take my money and shut the window. Instead she made conversation and showed interest in her customer. Thank you Brooklyn (sorry if I spelt itwrong)
