Starbucks - Springfield

I asked for a grande vanilla steamer with soy milk and no whip and I had to repeat myself several times to the drive thru worker. They then gave me a venti vanilla steamer with regular milk. Couldn't even drink it because I'm lactose intolerant.The other driver worker also forgot to give me my card back and I had to ask for it.Please do better, you guys.

We were out in the morning running some errands and dropped by Starbucks to get our usual coffee order. I get the cafe mocha and my wife gets the skinny vanilla latte. I have been really disappointed since they discontinued the skinny chocolate for the mocha. I don't need all that extra sugar in my drink. Both drinks were good and hot. We have some bad luck as of late with ordering food online for pickup and getting to the store and they don't have it so you need to make a real-time change standing there. Really a bummer. That has pushed us to getting the breakfast food at Panera sometimes. Today we did that. I got the orange scone. Super delicious with orange peel in the glaze, also the muffin. Again very good and moist. It's still hard to beat Starbucks coffee so we split orders with Starbucks and Panera. I recommend both.

Don't go here if you're in a hurry. I've waited between 20 and 30 mins before for one drink. Some staff members actually try and others need to drink what they serve.

I am a doordasher. Every time I go there they never have the order ready. When I am trying to ask for help so I can let my customer know how long I get ignored. Today they made all these other orders and made my doordash order 40 minutes later and cost me money. I have never been in a more rude, more unproductive Starbucks ever.

I watched the 4 teammembers work lime a well oiled machine making drinks and helping a crowd of customers...all with smiles. Kudos to you all!Food: 4/5
