Sonic Drive-in - Springfield

I love using the Sonic App and ordering the 1/2 price drinks anytime of the day. I love the Cranberry limeade and strawberry Limeade then I order their onion rings sometimes. For eating snack their pretzels with cheese sauce is good. Then sometimes I get to craving one of their snicker ice cream cones.

Took over 25mins in the fast drive-thru lane to get 2 milkshakes. Instead of pulling drink orders and similar quick purchases forward, we were stuck waiting for people who had 3-4, and more, bag orders.

The speakers are already hard to hear. But when the associate is taking the order and the rest of the staff is singing full on in the background, it is impossible to hear. This was made clear when the order came out all wrong. Burger instead of chicken. Mozzarella sticks instead of tots. Extra water they were going to charge us for. Asked for cheese, got none. Just horrible. The server was very nice though and she was patient and accommodating.

I usually don?t complain about this location but what is this? I ordered a large barbecue chicken bowl. Seven dollars, plus a tip. It?s like they ran out of barbecue sauce and instead of telling us just put a few drops on the chicken? Very disappointed ?
