The food at Scramblers was enjoyable, and I understand that inflation impacts prices today. However, after checking the receipt, it's difficult to justify that a large chocolate milk, which looks smaller than a large soda or a medium water, costs more than both of those items together. Nearly $4 for just 8 oz feels like price gouging. The prices on the menu should better reflect the portion sizes. View all feedback.

Food was very down home . Prices were affordable. The pancakes are unlike any I have eaten in my 50 some years. An acquired taste. Friendly staff. There were very busy.

While service was perfect (excellent work, Lorena! . The food itself left much to be desired. Burnt (inedibly hard bacon, undercooked hash browns. This would be a great place to eat if the cook could get it together!
This is a very good place to eat they serve the best skillet. I strongly suggest the Everything but the Kitchen Sink skillet.
It is a nice environment, very bright and Airy. The food is good and I like the French toast made from the homemade white bread. Coffee was okay not the greatest. Service was okay. I went there primarily because the hotel I stayed at right next door told methat there was a discount for hotel customers. I found that was not the case and would have been served just as well by going tothe waffle house across the street and having a greater variety to choose from.

I stumbled upon this fantastic restaurant by pure chance, and it turned out to be a lucky find! The food is excellent, the prices are great, and I highly recommend trying the homemade breads! They’re also very friendly towards veterans!
I’ve actually visited this restaurant several times, but on Saturday we decided to stop by for brunch around noon. We wanted to avoid the crowds at other places and thought this spot would offer some classic options. The food was outstanding! I had the ham steak with eggs, potatoes (I opted for the home fries instead of hash browns), and homemade bread. I chose the cinnamon raisin toast, and it was delicious! The slices were massive! Everything was fantastic, and my wife and I even wondered why we don't come here more often. My wife ordered the tenderloin, which was also large and very flavorful! The service was excellent; the coffee was always topped off, and our waitress was very attentive. The food was so good that I completely forgot to take a photo before starting!

Would NOT reccomend. Waited almost an hour for mediocre food. Place was slightly crowded and slightly pretentious vibe.

An awesome breakfast experience with my sister. The food, the service, everything was perfect. If you haven't been to Scramblers, I can't even imagine that you haven't, just go. You won't be disappointed.

It was fine. The waitress was nice, the food was edible. I wouldn't go out of my way to go here again, but if I'm specifically at the corner of National and Republic looking for breakfast, I would probably pick Scramblers over Waffle House, I guess. But for the quality of food they're serving, they need to lower prices by about 30%. Also, more than 45 minutes passed from the time we walked in, to the time we got our food. It was fine, that's the best I can say.

Quite a refreshing, unique, yet comfortable breakfast. I ordered an assortment of eggs, bacon, sausage, and at 44 years old, I found myself surprised at the short stack of pancakes that was placed in front of me. To my surprise the food was just as great as the homey appeal to the family owned diner, and much better than I've had in a long time. The literal signs of encouragement hanging throughout the restaurant was just as kind as the modest staff. Pleasurable to say the least from this Yankee from the North.
Very good variety of food options however I wasn?t a big fan of the thick grilled cheese bread. Service was very friendly and attentive however. Thanks!
Wow, what a hidden gem....the service here was Amazing! Thank you Lori!! The food tastes amazing and the prices are so reasonable for the quality and quantity of food you get!! We will be back!!!
