I stop by no less than once a week and trying different items looking different options because the items keep going down hill. Runza had the best fries but now I must be getting the bottom of the barrel. Most are small, short, burnt and dry. The burger patties can't get much thinner but the bun is great. If you are raising prices don't skip on the product. I don't need a response because I am done. I do follow thru when I say something. DONE

The high priced sandwich seemed a little more bland this time but since we got carryout I was able to add a little spice to it when I got it home. The lemonade tasted like diluted col... read more Usually, we enjoy the food here, but today was a major disappointment. The burgers were burned, including the kids' burger. The lemonade tasted like diluted colored water (and we ordered it without ice, so that wasn’t the issue). The fries and onion rings were barely warm. We also ordered ice cream cones, but the ice cream was only about 1.5 inches tall on the cones. I’m not sure what went wrong today, but paying $50.00 for such subpar food was not worth it.
