If you want good service, ask for Sacara! She was wonderful, attentive and down to earth. I haven’t always experienced good service here but hers was exceptional and I will most certainly return and ask for only her from now on. Food was great as well. View all feedback.

Atmosphere wise there really doesn't seem to be a connection with the servers. The lighting of the inside makes you feel like you're drinking when you aren't. The food is ok and that is going with the chicken wrap that is highly praised. Just your typical get in, eat fatty foods, and get out. View all feedback.

We got two salads with fried chicken brought to the car. First, you cannot beat the quality of these salads, anywhere, period!! They are made with nutritional lettuce, not iceberg and the chicken is excellent! Next, they brought a pup cup to the car for Bentley boy! He loved it and it was so fun!! I've been a Roosters customer for well over 10 years but first time to this Springfield location. Plenty of parking. More pictures next time!
