Red Lobster - Springfield

Now, all my family and I went here tonight to sit on what is in the regular a nice meal with friendly attentive service. that was not our luck today! the service or server was rather very nice and seemed to work its section well. this young man was probably the only nice thing I have to talk about. it started with our drinks. my wife and I both ordered a cartridge margaritas and I ask both which nouns called our drink. I couldn't taste tequila. the mixture that was used was not Indian for all the margaritas I have ever eaten. we love tequila and margaritas so definitely know how to taste. this poor drink was more like a whisky mad without alcohol. we gave them back. the drain they were thrown off was probably not interested in them either. next, our salads meet the table. then ten minutes later we were ready to pick up the slim salat and had a bowl of crumble, swash and cheese. this salat looked like something cut off from sumpf ding. I had to wash my own utensils, as they were covered with lush old crusty spits. we called a manager who told us that they always get evil products from their production company. we told him we were out! He said this was in order and at this point our food came out. I'm very sorry we wasted all this, but what I noticed on the tablet was not even what we ordered. there was a lobster and we didn't order a lobster. to the workers that we face to thank them for the persecuting and that being polite. to the kitchen staff and chef. they should be ashamed! as in the world of everything they feel, it's okay to use slim salads for people and not wash? I gave only two stars because he was a nice young man! Many thanks also to the manager that we were good and should go because there was no way that I would pay tonight to get sick. Usually this place is better than this, but today we were the lucky winners of the müll.

Pick up. the order was easy, the service was fast, got my eating fast. had got a problem with 1 part a sincere apology of personal and management and I appreciate it. they quickly corrected the problems and made me feel like a customer I appreciated. I have eaten a lot, many companies forget good customer service brings recurring customers. red lobster is not one of the places.

The staff was very friendly and ingenious, but the space was missing clean, much eating, crumb and müll on the floor. could have been a bit cleaner and sanitation, but then it was good.

Had our anniversary dinner here last night, and it was amazing. I had the lobster stuffed flounder and the mac n cheese, which paired very nicely with a chardonnay. My husband had the chicken alfredo. The staff was quick, friendly, and very capable. I asked to speak with a manager to compliment our waitress, Michal, and the manager was also very friendly and kind. In fact, there were managers moving all over the floor, supporting their staff, which is a great thing to see. Great food. Great time. Definitely recommend.
