This Qdoba has a vintage charm but is kept clean and well-maintained. The staff was friendly and eager to assist, and the food was fresh and well-prepared, just as you'd expect from a Qdoba. I specifically stopped by to try their new Impossible Burger, and I would highly recommend it to anyone who is vegan, vegetarian, or simply looking to reduce their meat intake. Its location is ideal for grabbing lunch when leavin... View all feedback.
What Casey Brown doesn't like about Qdoba Mexican Grill:
This restaurant has really declined in quality. The staff doesn’t seem well-trained, but they were actually the highlight of my visit. The chicken was so overcooked that half of it was inedible. The rice was disappointing, many menu items were unavailable, and everything was served cold. There was a time when Qdoba was fantastic. If they don’t bring in better management and start taking pride in their establishment,... View all feedback.
My husband and I enjoyed both the food and the kind, courteous care of the staff at this location. Anthony and Tevin went out of their way to serve and dished up a wonderful meal as well as lots of fun and good humor. Because of Co-Vid, they are presently understaffed and aren 't able to keep up with everything as well as they 'd like (the restaurant, itself, needs a little TLC) so they are very appreciative of their customers who overlook the mess and come in to enjoy their good food at a fair price. Give them a try...you 'll enjoy the experience!
Showed up to find it closed. Still shown as open on Google though. Frustrating
My visit to this location was not very pleasant. the rice was under cooked, and the meats were overcooked. the dining area needs a lot of attention, there's a spot where the lining on the ceiling has peeled away, condensation from the AC ducts were dripping on the tables, and the carpets are disgusting. Due to all of this i will not return to this location again!
The manager is to be commended for trying to do it all. She clearly had two employees this morning who could care less. They just stood around while she did almost everything. When she walked off they just complained I?m front of customers. The food we got was awful and if I wasn?t in a hurry, I?d have come back and asked for my money back. Bone dry Luke warm chicken, brown guacamole was just the start. I watched an employee looking for a spatula. She found one that was obviously dirty, grabbed a rag to wipe it off and then use it on food. The sanitary conditions in the place were a failing grade for sure. Corporate needs to step in and help this manager. She?s trying her best but one person cannot run a whole restaurant. I won?t be back but I wish that manager the best, her current employees are worthless.
To all our friends in the Springfield area: Be cautious about the QDOBA on South Kansas Avenue. We were taken aback by how dirty the restaurant was. We tried to contact Burrito Concepts, the company that owns this location, but did not receive any reply. Therefore, we recommend choosing a different place to eat! Save your stomach from the discomfort this restaurant may cause.
