Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen - Springfield

Tried their new fish sandwich. It was really good. I will be ordering again! Update: regular has tartar, spicey has a spicey mayo. I recommend getting both.

The food here is always fresh and the service is always good. My husband and I drive past two other Popeyes locations just to go to this one and we've never been let down. Everyone is always helpful and the manager in training tonight was super nice and personable, he answered all questions we had and was very upbeat. He radiated a very friendly and positive energy. All around this is the best Popeyes location and they'll continue to have our business!!

I really hope that plenty of people read this and it gains them some business. The door dasher that we hired for got a pretty fair amount of our food and our drinks. I went there to grab the drinks and the remaining food and everybody was so friendly. They were apologetic and understanding and made my experience fantastic. I hope that team is well rewarded for what a great job that they have been doing

We had a pretty big order, so we had to raise, but our food came fresh and well worth waiting. I always like to get the plastered jalapenos, definitely delicious. Just wish this place offered the dirty rice sides.

Terrible customer service. The staff acted like they had a problem with anyone ordering anything from the menu, very unkind attitude, the lady working the window/orders was playing on her phone while we waited for her to take our payment despite several cars behind us, choose our sauces, didn?t ask us what sides, gave very skimpy portions for a family meal, didn?t give us what we ordered and when we went back to get the correct order they didn?t acknowledge us or apologize and acted like it was our fault they gave us the incorrect order. The food was cold, dry, chewy and tasted old.
