I would give this restaurant a one-star rating, predominantly due to its poor customer service. I had previously dined here and had a good experience, which is why I chose to eat here again on 05/07, this time with a friend. The restaurant wasn't too busy when we arrived, and we were seated promptly, but we ended up waiting for half an hour for our food that never came. What was most frustrating was seeing a group of customers who arrived after us receive their meals before us. We eventually decided to inform the hostess at the front desk that we were cancelling our order. She was somewhat apologetic and explained that their system was down, potentially leading to some orders not making it to the kitchen. We would have appreciated it if our server had communicated this information to us while we waited. Unfortunately, we never saw her again after she brought us our drinks. Hopefully, this is not a recurring issue, and they can improve their service.
The dining experience was overall pleasant with good service, but it was marred by one particularly unsatisfactory employee. While the rest of the staff treated guests with the expected level of service for a restaurant of this caliber, Ariel (as I was informed; he wears glasses and has a bowl haircut) was simply awful. When I called ahead to inquire about bringing my dog to the terrace, he curtly responded that only service dogs were allowed, leaving no room for further discussion. His demeanor made it feel as though I was speaking to a prison guard rather than a restaurant employee. Upon arrival, it was clear that he was the same person I had spoken to on the phone. He did not offer a greeting or even a hello, just handed us two menus and walked away without a word. Despite the great atmosphere and my years of patronage, Ariel's lack of enthusiasm and poor attitude make me hesitant to return. It is evident that he has no interest in being there, and his presence detracts from an otherwise enjoyable dining experience.
It was my first time at Plan b and the service was great. I had ordered a plain veggie burger without cheese, pretty much a naked burger on a bed of lettuce. When my burger arrived it had cheese on it. The bartender immediately gave way and sent it back. The wait staff and greeters were friendly and cordial.
They were able to block off an entire section for a party of 20. Gabby was our waitress and was AWESOME. She was so kind and handled our large party all by herself. When it came down to splitting all the checks she was spot on with everyones. The blue cheese nachos are amazing.
The food and service were excellent! The best burgers I've ever had! Our server was friendly, attentive, and very honest. Our meal was amazing and came out extremely fast. Despite being short-staffed, the fast service was impressive. The burger surpassed my expectations with its strong, flavorful taste and crispy side of fries. I will definitely be coming back!

This restaurant is amazing! The burgers, chicken sandwich, veggie burgers, and fries were all delicious. Our server, Casey, was outstanding - one of the best we've ever had. Their personality and service were top-notch!
I absolutely adore the food at this restaurant, and they offer a fantastic menu for those who are gluten-free. I was able to enjoy my first onion ring in years, as I have been unable to consume flour. It was incredibly delicious, and there are plenty of excellent options at the bar as well.
Food was excellent. Didn’t have to wait long for it to arrive. The waitress was very attentive and had great suggestions for apps and meals. The bartender also had excellent recommendations for the drinks (bourbon). Very happy with the Weller 107.
I wish I could give a 10 star rating!!!!! We toured the Basketball Hall of Fame for my son 's 30th birthday..After we were done we stopped in for lunch...It was fabulous!!! I ordered the bacon cheeseburger with garlic mayo,.,,It was incredible!!!!!! I asked for the burger to be cooked 'medium well done '.. 'no red ' not burnt '...It was so delicious and cooked to perfection!!!! I will highly recommend Plan B to all my friends!! I hired a limo for the trip from Manchester NH...I will definitely return when the weather gets warmer!!
