I paid $7.99 $2 tip for a sandwich that was a little over 2 1/2 x 3 inches with barely any filling. I will not be ordering here again. Not worth the money. The one positive is that my sandwich was ready fast.
I ordered the over easy egg on brioche with sausage. I thought it was delicious, once the yolk cracks I think it needed a little salt, but that?s out of their control. I also got the Madagascar vanilla cold brew almond, and i don?t know if my taste budsjust aren?t mature enough for this, but it was terrible. It wasn?t very strong either.
Portions here have gotten absurd. This LARGE soup, 1/2 a salad, 1/2 a sandwich, and LARGE Mac and cheese cost me $35 dollars. Staff are good, and it's clean, but man for the value it's just not worth it anymore.
I don?t leave reviews ever. Or even call And complain. I ordered curbside. The first time I waited 10 minutes for my order. Eventually just went in. I don?t think they even planned on bringing it out. 3 employees all standing around and my Order justsitting there. Second time I waited 5 minutes I already knew it be the same Situation as last time. My order sitting on thecounter my drink melting. 3 girls standing gossiping. Not helping anyone. Running my order out could have been done. I wasreally irritated with them. I told them I waited for my order and ?you guys don?t look busy at all? it was hard not be irritatedwith them. As I was walking away the girls were laughing and giggling thinking It was funny. It?s not funny. It?s rude ashell. I also make sure I tip I appreciate service. Especially having my order brought to Me. I called the manager to ask they bemore Considerate when it comes to curbside pick up. She didn?t seem To care. Im sure all the Employees are Close and have eachother?s backs. This is why I?m leaving a review instead. Don?t order curbside endless you have the time wait until they do it ontheir own time. Or not at all. Matter fact just get rid of it. The employees don?t want to do it. Why have it. Running latebecause they just don?t feel that taking an order out is part of their job.
I placed an online order today at 12:20 pm, with an estimated delivery time of 30 to 40 minutes. However, I waited over an hour for my order to arrive. At 1:15 pm, I tried contacting the Gateway location to confirm if my order had gone through, suspecting a possible online glitch. Our order was supposed to arrive by 12:50 pm but didn’t show up until 1:45 pm. I’m very disappointed with the service. The food was only warm at best, there were no utensils included, and my tomato soup was missing the toasted bread pieces. I would not recommend ordering delivery online from this location.

The restaurant has a pleasant atmosphere, but the customer service leaves much to be desired. The staff seemed more focused on chatting than attending to their duties. I noticed the person working in the dining room spent more time talking with her boyfriend than actually cleaning the tables. Additionally, there was no one at the front counter when I wanted to purchase a dessert.
Love their Onion Soups and French Baguette! Wonderful service and well aware of my limited accommodation and not being able to use the drive-thru speaker before coming up to the window. Would be awesome if they had a hand touch screen to order it drive-thru or a special button for limited accessibility for customers. Still nevertheless, will come back for their delicious food! Thank you, Panera for your understanding!!
This was literally the best sandwich I've ever had! I love sourdough bread, and the Fuji apple salad was out of this world—absolutely delicious. The banana and strawberry were perfect too. The service was excellent, and honestly, I don't even mind paying a bit more for such amazing food. It was definitely worth it!
Expensive. Huge bowl for soup, less than half full. Tasty but not good value.
I was here for a business lunch meeting for three people. There was adequate seating, and it was relatively clean and quiet. I had a chicken sandwich. It was very good.

I love their bread! While the sandwiches are delicious, the freshly baked bread is truly the highlight. Highly recommended.
I really enjoy this spot and always make a point to visit whenever I’m nearby. The food is fantastic, and I strongly recommend it.
