Paisano's - Springfield

Really disappointing experience. estimated service time was good, but then it took a lot longer at the arrival to pick up. size of pizzas were smaller than expected. salat is good in the presentation, but not for the easy division or eat large slices of vegetables that need to be cut several times. cheese and sauce are good. kruste is not good. a very large one. Maybe it fits the taste profile of someone.

We ordered delivery and it was the worst. It took 2 hours to arrive and was completely cold and bone dry. When we called to get a status update at the 30 min late mark, the employee was short, rude and just said It's on it's way without even asking who I was or what my order was; it was another 45 min before delivered. If we'd know the service was going to be this terrible we would have just gone and picked it up. I think the pizza would have been good had it been warm?

Paisanos Springfield is my favorite place to eat for lunch. They have great specials and a great employee Omar I appreciate you kindly and I hope your day is smooth and blessed ?

Decent pizza and subs but...your new online ordering webpage????? Tried to make an order, gave up ordered elsewhere. The original one worked perfectly fine, why change??? Was a solid 4.
