The food was good. The portions are HUGE. Even the kids meals are nice sized. The egg roll sampler, deviled eggs and Louisiana chicken are amazing. The jambalaya was not good at all. Taste like tasteless food from a can. But the other food was so good it made up for it. Honestly should’ve sent the jambalaya back. But overall will definitely go back. What User doesn't like about Maggie Mcfly's L Springfield:
It's a nice place, but the menu is so big; which I would assume food quality goes down just because there's so many choices. I give it a 5/10! No complaints, just a typical bar/restaurant really ? Service was lowkey slow(? , and our waiter seemed high af ? View all feedback.
I agree with one other review that said it was similar to a Cheese Cake Factory. The menu is ginormous. With the menu that big a lot of food will be average at best. That said the wait staff at the bar was pretty good, better than average whiskey list, despite not having everything on the list. My burger was cooked perfectly. My wife's club sandwich had sliced turkey (she thought that was a good thing, I thought it was bad). Lastly, I liked the atmosphere. It felt like a Great American Restaurant from the look and feel. In my opinion if they slash the menu 2/3rds and focus on quality, this could be my new favorite local spot.
Located at the Springfield mall is a better, less-hyped Cheesecake Factory, in my opinion. The narrative book, apologies, menu, was as still lengthy and included descriptions of all the components. Pages of possibilities for light diets and food allergies. I had an excellent app available. The egg roll sampler —which included one of each of their egg roll flavors —Reuben was my favorite. The ranch was also top notch, and the egg rolls were large and crispy. It may take me some time to taste most of the alternatives, but for sharing apps and small plates, this was a terrific place (and not too expensive). This restaurant also uses locally sourced ingredients. Overall, a fantastic location.Vegetarian options: They had pages and pages of vegetarian options.
I had high hopes for this place because I love poutine, and it was a bonus because it was short ribs. So I asked for extra gravy and extra cheese. I also ordered their aouthern fried chicken breast sandwich. The poutine fries did not have extra graving it was dry, the short ribs were so tough and very few pieces and lacked flavor. The chicken sandwich was just overcooked and dry. Lacked salt . Won't be trying this place again. And please train your staff that takes orders over the phone the menu while trying to place an order and new to your restaurant.

First time we have eaten here. It was high dinner hour on Thursday night, but the restaurant was busy but not crowded. No wait for a seat. The menu was quite expansive with a wide range of choices. There are burgers, pizza, wings, lobster rolls, multiple seafood options, a dozen steak/BBQ choices, large dinner salads, plus entire chicken, pasta, and appetizer sections. Wife went for the jambalaya and enjoyed it and I tried the BBQ brisket. Both were very good. Service was sufficient, but not over attentive. The bar area was hopping and had 4 large screen TVs.
