Little Caesars Pizza - Springfield

I give the one boy a star who operated the window, the other boy tried to tell me that he was manager when I went to the lobby at 7:30 and said it was closed. I tried to order online and they said they overlooked my order and pulled us forward for 15 minutes to wait, and then the so-called manager Ashley comes out of the bathroom with her stomach hanging out of her shirt and tells me that there is nothing they can do to help me and I have to go through the drive thru because they are ready to close. I'd like to talk to the owner or a general manager.

I'd give zero stars if I were the WORST I've ever seen! First the line was long, so I went in and stood for 5 minutes all, while the people just saw that I had to use the ride, although lobby was closed so that I was going through the ride through sat for 20 minutes while they made the car before us their order, then I came into the window and told them I needed 2 what hot and ready pizzas that you said they had no windows though when I was in the lobby,

Our pizza cheese bread was ordered and then it was said to pull 10 minutes, it was almost 30 minutes before she brought it to us and had not the cheese bread of my daughter, I happened to open the pizza, it was terrible looking burned. I ask this is the Megapepperoni pizza he said, yes, I said, sweetie, where is the pepperoni there perhaps 10 on the whole pizza, he said they were under the cheese, which was not true, as you could see the crust where there was nothing on it, and other places were black from burning. So I was very disappointed with my service and products.

Place an order for delivery after an hour over the delivery time that I had to go to the store myself and pick up the order that I paid a delivery fee. Not only that if you want to load $1.10 for a sauce cup, you could actually fill the sauce cup all the way!!! I can't believe I asked for another sauce after I had to drive by car to pick up my own delivery order and they wanted to try to charge me for another sauce. I just have to take this place off and make it a parking lot.

Very rarely is anything hot and ready , they told me it would be a 32 minute wait for 1 pepperoni pizza at 5 o clock on a Wednesday a couple of weeks ago. However, it is a hit or miss because they do have a good crew that is usually on top of their game, and friendly at that, but their below average crew is just awful, and rude. But, we continue to go there because it 's convenient, on our way, and cheap for a family of 7 to eat.
