I usually don't write restaurant reviews, but I have to say that this place is great. The customer service is consistently amazing every time I visit. A special shoutout to manager Michael, who is one of the nicest guys I've ever met. He always has a smile on his face and does his job professionally. Another shoutout to Tobias, who makes incredible hot and cold subs. I've been here several times and the people are just wonderful. The customer service levels are on par with Chick-fil-A. And the food is simply amazing!

If you know, you know - No Secret is definitely one of the top sandwich chains in the USA. The cheesesteaks are all excellent, but the cold cuts are freshly shaved in-store, giving them an extra level of freshness. The vegetables taste like they were just cut, and the balance of bread, meat, and veggies is spot on. I give this chain sandwich shop a 4.6-star rating.

Love Jersey Mikes. Great! Now with Udis Gluten Free Subrolls. Delicious parts of any kind. Friendly staff, reasonable prices, lively surroundings and convenient location. Absolutely love this place, they never disappointed. Great plus for celiac customers is that they have been trained and maintain strict protocols for gluten-free service.

No bacon on my $10 BLT and then was only offered $2.51 refund. Total fail.
