The restaurant is small, but they make good use of the space. I have never had a bad meal here.

T... read more We had a reservation for Friday night to celebrate my girlfriend's birthday. All of the food was delicious and mouthwatering! The drinks were also very tasty. The crème brûlée cheesecake was phenomenal and we loved the sticky ribs. Chef Josh even came out to talk to us and answer our questions about the entrees. The owner, Drew, was very kind and our server was excellent. We will definitely be returning in the future. A big thank you to the Jackalope staff for making our night extra special!

This is officially... read more I've been here for brunch, but this is the first time I've had dinner here and I'm really upset. I'm really upset that it took me this long. This is officially the BEST STEAK I've had in the Greater Springfield area. OMG, the Steak Frite has me marking my calendar to plan my next visit to Jackelope, and you should do the same.
