Hy-vee Mealtime - Springfield

NEW ITEM! The fresh-squeezed orange juice was incredible! However, the hand-breaded chicken tenders dinner arrived a bit cold, likely because it took some time to assign a dasher. The tempura shrimp roll was also very delicious! I would recommend avoiding the tenders for delivery, though.

I've never experienced sushi this fresh before. It's truly the best sushi I've ever had! My favorite roll has to be the Godzilla Roll!

The food is delicious, and there is a vast selection of various items to choose from. Whether you’re in the mood for burgers, pizza, Chinese cuisine, or much more, there’s something for almost everyone. I highly recommend giving them a try!

This was the very first time I ordered dinner from Hyvee, and I just gotta say WW! I cannot believe how easy it was to pick and order my items, or how detailed the description of each food item was, or how many options are available, to help insure that each family/group member could order something they like. They also offer the option to add any specifics or special instructions for your order. But my most favorite part of ordering my food from HYVEE on DOORDASH today, was how you're offered this incredible option to cross over from ordering food meals to shopping for any last minute things you made need from throughout the entire store! I mean, how awesome is this? There are a couple things that could have been a little better... Cold foods should NEVER be packed in with hot foods. Let's just say all my butter packets were empty, and everything was covered with butter. Thankfully the containers are all plastic and easy to clean. It was no biggie though, because I never received my 8 jumbo biscuits. When I called I was told they only have biscuits in the morning. So just a heads up, don't expect biscuits in the afternoon with the Chicken dinners. All in all, 5 stars anyways, cause this whole experience was pretty awesome, and the food is DELICIOUS! Fried Chicken Mashed Potatoes White Cheddar Mac Coleslaw Gr Onion Potato Salad I highly recommend this 8 piece dinner. This would also be a great choice for a picnic in Spring.
